Due to the cancellation of the high school game, the normal Thursday practice schedule will be in place, which is as follows:
5 pm - 6 pm Squirts
6 pm - 7 pm Pee Wees
7 pm - 8 pm Girls
8 pm - 9 pm Bantams
Please be advised that there were violations found during a health inspection of the concession stand on November 5, 2013. We need to make the following procedures are being done properly while working in the concession stand:
1. All hot holding of foods, including hot dogs, pasta, and taco meat, need to be at least 135 degrees.
2. During the dish washing process, all dishes need to be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. Chlorine bleach is the approved sanitizer to be used.
3. Opened or cooked potentially hazardous foods need to be date marked when put into the refridgerator. Opened milk and cooked pasta were the items in violation. Please put the date on tape and stick to the carton or container. Such items must be used within 7 days or thrown out.
4. There is a metal steam thermometer in the concession stand. Please use it to monitor all hot holding of foods to make sure we are above 135 degrees.

The dinner menu for Monday, November 25, 2013 includes spaghetti and garlic bread.
Also, the concession stand will be adding breakfast sandwiches to the menu.

PLEASE be advised that each skater must be registered with USA Hockey prior to registration and must bring their printed USA Hockey barcode to registration.
A copy of child's birth certificate is required for all first year skaters.
Payment will be collected at the time of registration. Debit/credit cards are not accepted. If participating in the payment plan, please bring additional checks.

DAHA Binks Squirts won the District 8 Championship with a 5-3 victory over Ironwood in the championship game. The team posted a 4-1 record in the District Tournament and advances to the State Tournament March 15-March 17 in Trenton, Michigan.
